We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase. 

RETURN PROCESS: 

To start a return, you can contact us via email at info@tyntbeauty.com and include the following:

- Reason for Return: i.e. received damaged, mis-shipment, etc.

- Order Number: Your Order number as stated in your final invoice.

- Full Name, Email Address & Phone Number on Order: We need this to review your return as well as get in contact with you regarding your return.

- Images of Damage: Images of damage etc. if applicable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, a Return Authorization Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and without an authorized Return Authorization Number will automatically rejected by our receiving department.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Images of damaged packaging both shipping box and product packaging, if applicable would be helpful in processing your return quickly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns for any opened and used products of any kind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale Items 

All items marked "Sale" and reflect a reduction in price are Final Sale and no refunds/returns will be accepted.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
